ScenarioTrace FAQ

What is live today vs planned, what the synthetic Health Report demo is, and the safety rules for what to paste. For a step-by-step walkthrough, see the Getting started guide.

What is ScenarioTrace?
ScenarioTrace helps you debug and improve the reliability of Make.com scenarios. It compares a successful and a failed run, points at the likely root cause, and gives you a fix checklist — using a hybrid of deterministic checks plus AI-assisted reasoning.
What can I use right now?
The Free Analyzer is live today — paste a successful and a failed run to get a root-cause diagnosis and a fix checklist. The Scenario Health Report is currently a synthetic, client-side prototype you can preview.
What is planned or future (not live yet)?
The full Scenario Health Report product, Watchdog Lite (planned recurring reliability checks), and Custom App Assertions are planned / future — not live today. We label them as planned so it’s always clear what exists now.
Is the Scenario Health Report a live or paid feature?
No. The Health Report you can preview is a synthetic prototype rendered from example data — it is not a live paid feature, uses no Make API connection, and no data is stored or sent. The score is advisory, not a guarantee.
Do I need to connect my Make account or an API token?
No. The manual analyzer needs no Make API connection and no account — you paste the logs yourself.
What should I not paste?
Do not paste secrets, API keys, access tokens, passwords, customer data, personal data (PII), or raw payloads that carry sensitive values. Remove or redact sensitive fields before you paste — keep the structural signal (status codes, module types, error text), drop the sensitive values.
Do you store my logs or reports?
The Health Report demo runs entirely in your browserno data is stored or sent. For the Free Analyzer, your pasted text is processed server-side to produce the diagnosis and is not kept afterward — no raw logs or results are retained. To improve accuracy we keep only anonymized, non-identifying structural statistics (the shape of what changed — never values, field content, or personal data), not linked to you, used only once several analyses share a structure, and deleted after 90 days. Still, only paste derived or redacted logs and remove sensitive values first. See the privacy page.
Is there a price?
The Free Analyzer is free today. Pricing for any future paid features has not been decided, and nothing here is a live paid feature.
How do I get started?
See the Getting started guide, then open the Free Analyzer. You can also preview the synthetic Health Report demo.

Roadmap features are labelled planned / future. The Health Report demo is a synthetic prototype — no Make API connection, and no data is stored or sent.
